As referenced in Article 8, Section 4 and 5 of the National Agreement, the December period during which penalty overtime regulations are not applicable consists of the 4 consecutive weeks that this year began on November 28th, 2020,( Pay Period 25-20 Week 2), and runs through December 25th, 2020, (Pay Period 01-21, Week 1).
